MY TEAM 

I have had the honor to work with wonderful people in my country and people from different nations across the world. This work has been truly rewarding in my life, as I have witnessed the power of a group working hand in hand for a common purpose: to help mankind. Working with a team means to me that I can always play big games and achieve higher goals.

When I realized the responsibility that I was getting into with a group called "a country," I was certain that this responsibility could only be carried out successfully with a team of like-minded individuals who were motivated by the willingness to help. Their reward would be a better environment filled with the tolerance and kindness that Venezuelans have always been known for.

That was the reason why I decided to create a group. Each group member geared up with the best of their skills. The team started with Ruddy Rodriguez and myself. Then, Dr. Jose Luis Martinez joined the team and created the structural columns that were the essential part of the strategy and activities of "The Way to Happiness." Then, with a strong purpose, we began a whole movement for Venezuela. Soon, we were joined by Gleidy Rios, Ana Altamira Nunez, Gustavo Alvizu, Indra Brizuela, Benjamin Flores, Jennifer Urrecheaga, Anaelena Giron, Ingrid, Heydi Mundarain, Rafaella Castellanos, Maigualida Ovalles, Napoleon Agreda, Luz Estela Cuellar, Anarelis Toro, Jonathan Edghill, and Claret Linares. This team of heroes created and delivered a wide range of "The Way to Happiness" seminars between 2003 and 2006, across the whole country. Our experience working as a team helped us establish a sense of high quality of service, along with a strong feeling of belonging to something huge.

The dynamic, friendship and admiration between each and every one of my staff members has been such a driving force for me. I knew that our united forces aiming towards our shared purpose would help us accomplish all our goals. The Way to Happiness Foundation Venezeula is a team filled with courage and bravery. This is the group that is helping to instill moral values in a society which is promoting the opposite.

Throughout the 14 years of this journey more and more brave people joined our team: artists such as Eduardo Galan, lecturer Vanessa Brylkin, photographer Mildred Castro, screenwriter Olga Fajardo, Zusana Gavidia, Jose Luis Bompart, Tizziana Amichevole, Edith Lanz, Gretty Salazar, Barbara Flores, Ricardo Gonzalez, Emiris Diaz, Elizabeth Morazzani, and Nacary Crespo.

In addition, I cannot forget that I have counted on the support of many brilliant people in the planning and execution of many projects and programs such as: Maigualida Ovalles, Mariany Vivas, Joaquin Quintero, Maria Fernanda Arismendi, Claribel Gonzalez, Yalithza Perdomo and Jose Gregorio Ramirez.

Since the beginning we have had many key allies, who have stayed with us through the years as Mr. Pablo Comparetto and Juan Cabrera. We have never doubted nor have we never lost our sense of pride knowing that this is a project worth a lifetime.

Keeping the Org Board to achieve our purposes was never hard, especially when we worked together to follow the principles laid out in "The Way to Happiness" booklet. They have each contributed to safe-pointing and safeguarding The Way to Happiness Foundation Venezuela across Venezuela and Latin America, as a stable datum on moral values education.
